Then, click "Buy This Domain Today!"
That will bring you to the sales page.
If you received an email from Elite Internet Brokers, then click on the URL in the email.

Check the PayPal box to submit payment via PayPal.
Or you can check the credit card box to use your credit card if you prefer.
When finished making your selections, click Submit.

Submit payment for your domain via PayPal or with your credit card.
After paying, you will be asked to enter your contact information.
This will setup your free account at the ICANN accredited registrar DomainClub.
An email from DomainClub will be sent with your login details.

Once payment has been confirmed, your domain will be immediately pushed into your DomainClub account.
You will then have full control and ownership of your domain.
After 60 days, you can transfer your domain to your registrar of choice or leave the domain at DomainClub.
ICANN prohibits registrar transfers for domains registered for 60 days or less. (ICANN Transfer Policy)
